Premium Pro  

What is "Premium Pro"? 

Premium Pro offers content sourced from over 250 content providers (including Go1's expanded Pro Library) and accessed via the Go1 platform and/or third-party integrations. The content library includes pre-curated learning pathways and on-demand search capabilities enabling admins and learners to discover relevant content based on specific terms, topics, and providers.

Premium Pro admins have the ability to add new Licensed Users to an account, assign specific courses to those users, and track course consumption and other related learning data through reporting on the Go1 platform (if applicable). 

License metric = Per Licensed User 

Premium Pro Product inclusions

Full access to Premium Pro content sourced from over 250 content providers, including Go1's expanded Pro library.  

Admin and reporting capabilities via the Go1 platform (if applicable).  

Content consumption via the Go1 platform (if applicable).  

Access to APIs and third-party integrations.  

  • Additional fees may apply for premium integration partners.  

Access to expert curation services, including the creation of learning journeys, content curation, and content recommendations crafted specifically to meet your organization's learning goals* 

  • Curation is included as part of the subscription and will be mutually scoped and agreed upon between the Customer and Go1 

Access to a dedicated Implementation Project Manager for guidance, project planning, and platform support* 

  • Implementation entitlements expire at the end of the initial onboarding period.  

Custom branding suite for the Go1 Learn homepage, including logo, banner, and color theme integration.  

Access to content promotion tools to drive learner engagement.  

*requires minimum annual spend of $20K USD  

Premium Pro Product limitations 

The customer may create an account in which Licensed Users can access and consume content, and track attendance and course results. 

Unless otherwise noted in your Order Form each license is deemed used/active when a Licensed User is registered to access the content.  

Each Licensed User must have a unique identifier for a login, such as a unique email address or IP address.  

During each 12-month period of an applicable License Term, Premium Pro customers may reassign up to 20% of the licences to different unique users solely to reassign licences of Licensed Users who are no longer employed by, or otherwise engaged by, the customer (for example due to resignation, termination or redundancy); provided that any reassignment does not exceed the Service Capacity. 

Definitions 

Licensed User: is a single identified user on a named user basis, who is authorized by you to access Go1 content. The number of individual users accessing Go1 content under your Agreement may not exceed the number of Licensed Users set out in the Order Form (“Service Capacity”). 

Premium Essentials 

What is "Premium Essentials"? 

Premium Essentials offers content sourced from over 250 content providers and accessed via the Go1 platform and/or third-party integrations. The content library includes pre-curated learning pathways and on-demand search capabilities enabling admins and learners to discover relevant content based on specific terms, topics, and providers. 

Premium Essentials admins have the ability to add new Licensed Users to an account, assign specific courses to those users, and track course consumption and other related learning data through reporting on the Go1 platform (if applicable). 

License metric = Per Licensed User 

Premium Essentials Product inclusions

Full access to Premium Essentials content sourced from over 250 content providers.

Admin and reporting capabilities via the Go1 platform (if applicable).  

Content consumption via the Go1 platform (if applicable).  

Access to APIs and third-party integrations.  

  • Additional fees may apply for premium integration partners.  

Access to up to 6 hours of expert curation services, including the creation of learning journeys, content curation, and content recommendations crafted specifically to meet your organization's learning goals* 

  • Hours expire at the end of each annual term. Unused hours will not roll over or be credited to your next renewal period.

Access to a dedicated Implementation Project Manager for guidance, project planning, and platform support* 

  • Implementation entitlements expire at the end of the initial onboarding period.

Essentials Select (10, 25, 50) 

What is "Essentials Select"? 

Essentials Select provides access to the Go1 Premium Essentials library, offering flexible course selection tailored to each organization’s needs. Depending on the selected plan, customers can activate and use either 10, 25, or 50 courses at any given time, accessible through the Go1 platform or third-party integrations. Essentials Select admins can add Licensed Users to the account, assign specific courses, and monitor learning progress through reporting available on the Go1 platform (where applicable).

Essentials Select Product Limitations 

Courses can be swapped at any time to best align with organizational priorities, but the total number of active courses may not exceed the selected plan limit (10, 25, or 50 courses). Essentials Select customers do not have access to Go1’s Insights features and are limited to basic reporting, including tracking enrollments, assignments, and completions. Customers may set up an account where Licensed Users can access and engage with content, including tracking attendance and performance metrics. 

Each license is considered active once a Licensed User is registered. Each Licensed User must have a unique identifier (such as a unique email address or IP address). 

During each 12-month period of an applicable License Term, Essentials Select customers may reassign up to 20% of licenses to different unique users, solely to reassign licences of Licensed Users who are no longer employed by, or otherwise engaged by, the customer (for example due to resignation, termination or redundancy); provided that total usage remains within the designated Service Capacity. 

Definitions

Go1 Learn 

What is "Go1 Learn"? 

Go1 Learn offers access to the Go1 platform, including content creation, management, and reporting tools.  

Go1 Learn admins have the ability to add new Licensed Users to an account, assign courses to those users, and track course consumption and other related learning data through reporting on the Go1 platform.

Go1 Service Tier Levels   

As part of our commitment to providing tailored support that aligns with your unique needs, we offer distinct service tiers designed to cater to varying levels of engagement and utilisation. All customers will receive dedicated technical support from a team of customer service experts, with service level agreements as detailed in our Service Level Terms.  

Access to Go1’s account team, including Customer Success Managers, is determined by your organisation’s size and spend. Your support tier will be communicated by Go1’s customer success team following execution of your Order Form. Outlined below are the support tiers and corresponding customer success services included with each.
