Atlas Tech and Go1: Expanding training access and simplified compliance

Atlas Tech overhauled its training approach, moving from limited access and disconnected content to a fully scalable and personalized learning experience. By switching to Go1, they replaced fragmented systems, reduced training costs, and provided every employee—technical or not—access to relevant, engaging learning. As a department of one, Training and Development Manager Meghan Bushman was tasked with upgrading the company’s entire learning experience. Her priorities were clear: consolidate platforms, simplify access, and provide content that engaged a highly technical team.

Previously, Atlas used separate vendors for compliance and technical content (LRN and Pluralsight), with limited integration and high per-user costs. Only 10% of employees had access to the learning they needed. 

Meghan discovered Go1 through its integration with Learn365, Microsoft’s native LMS solution. She recognized the opportunity to simplify systems, reduce manual work, and expand access. 

"The previous system required us to manually manage SCORM files. And licenses with Pluralsight were fixed per user, whether they took one course or 50. We needed a better way." 

Go1's compatibility with Learn365 and its extensive content library made it a perfect fit. It offered:

• A curated experience that avoided platform bloat 
• AI-powered search to find the right course—even when requests were vague

Atlas can now add ~100 courses monthly, based on employee requests, all managed within one ecosystem.
