Yes. Go1’s platform supports multiple languages for the user interface, helping learners and administrators navigate seamlessly in their preferred language. Currently, we support: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and we have courses in 40+ languages provided by our content partners.

Learners receive email notifications when they’re assigned training, when due dates are approaching, and when reminders are sent.

Yes. Learners can leave ratings and written feedback on courses they’ve completed. This feedback is visible to admins and helps inform future curation, as well as guide other learners toward high‑quality, relevant content

Go1 Learn includes accessibility features as part of our standard development approach. We have implemented self-declaration tooling that allows content providers to specify whether their content meets WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.0 AA standards. While we haven't completed comprehensive verification of all WCAG 2.1 AA requirements, our platform includes: Keyboard navigation, logical page structure, alt text and screen reader support, responsive sizing for zoom and mobile screens, and high color contrast.
