Go1 is hosted on Microsoft Azure. You can choose where your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stored—Australia, the United States, or the EU (Ireland). While data storage is localized, processing primarily occurs in Australia.
We retain your data for the duration of your contract. If your agreement ends, you can request deletion of any or all data at any time through our 24/7 Support Team. Your data remains secure and under your control throughout the process.
