This privacy statement describes how Go1 Pty Ltd, and its Affiliates, (collectively “Go1”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, receives, processes, uses, discloses, or shares your information when you use, install or access Morgan.
We commit to treating your personal information with care and respect and encourage you to contact us using the methods provided should you have any questions or concerns about the use of your information.
The Scope of this Privacy Statement
This privacy statement is specific to the Morgan alpha testing participants and should be read in conjunction with the Go1 Privacy Policy available at https://www.go1.com/terms/privacy-policy.
What data does Morgan collect?
When you interact with Morgan, we collect and store:
- Your inputs, messages, requests and responses to Morgan
- Morgan's responses
- Learning-related actions in your Go1 portal that originate in Morgan, in accordance with our standard terms (such as viewing reports, assigning content, or sending notifications)
- Your Slack/Teams user ID and basic profile information
- Related usage metadata
(together the “Interaction Data”)
Please do not include any personal information, confidential business information, or other sensitive data in your inputs to Morgan. Interaction Data is stored and processed in accordance with the Go1 Privacy Policy, but may be subject to heightened internal review during testing.
How is this data used?
During the Morgan alpha testing and validation period, we will use your interaction data to:
- Evaluate performance
- Improve Morgan's accuracy and usefulness
- Test, refine and improve Morgan's features
- Identify and fix technical issues
Given the early-stage nature of the Morgan functionality, Interaction Data may be manually reviewed by Go1’s authorised personnel and product and engineering teams for the purpose outlined above.
How is this data stored and protected?
Morgan is built on Go1's existing infrastructure and does not use any third-party AI vendors new to Go1. Your data is handled in accordance with Go1's standard data protection practices and our existing terms of service.
Your Privacy Rights
You can stop using Morgan at any time by uninstalling the Slack/Teams integration. For more information about your privacy rights, refer to the Go1 Privacy Policy.
Integration permissions
When you install Morgan in Slack/Teams, you'll be asked to grant specific permissions.
See the custom app installation guide (supplied separately) for exact permission requests. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Slack/Teams settings.

Morgan is currently offered in an alpha testing phase for evaluation purposes. Morgan may produce unexpected or inaccurate results, and should not be used to make critical business or compliance decisions. Participation in the Morgan alpha testing phase is voluntary and your use of the Morgan alpha functionality is at your own risk and any liability or claims arising from your use is expressly disclaimed by Go1. Any information you share during a beta trial or similar test case will be considered Feedback in accordance with the Go1 Customer Terms.
