How it works

Step 1: Choose a realistic scenario

Select a relevant compliance topic, like workplace harassment, discrimination, or cybersecurity - then set your audience and learning objectives.

Step 2: Tailor it to your policies, context, and risk tolerance

Upload your relevant policies, add organization-specific requirements, and define the behaviors learners need to demonstrate.

Step 3: Put knowledge into practice

Employees have a short, realistic conversation with an avatar and receive a score based on how they navigate the interaction.

Step 4: Find and address readiness gaps

Review results across your workforce, identify the areas people need support, and decide where additional learning is needed.

FAQs

Immersive Simulations are interactive workplace scenarios that let employees practice applying policies and making decisions through realistic conversations with AI-powered avatars. Organizations can tailor each simulation to reflect their own policies and expectations, then identify which employees may need additional support based on how they respond.

Unlike traditional courses, simulations are interactive conversations rather than passive learning experiences. Employees practice responding to realistic workplace situations with AI-powered avatars, which adapt naturally to their decisions and responses, creating a different experience each time.

Admins can choose from a library of templates covering common workplace topics where critical judgment matters, such as workplace harassment, discrimination, bullying, code of conduct, cybersecurity, privacy, and more. The library will continue to expand over time with additional compliance and workplace readiness scenarios.

Yes. Organizations can tailor each simulation by customizing the scenario and opening prompt, selecting a workplace environment that reflects where employees work, and configuring the scoring criteria to align with their policies, compliance requirements, and risk tolerance.

Each simulation is scored based on how the learner responds throughout the conversation. Organizations can customize and calibrate the scoring to reflect their own policies and expectations, and learners receive personalized feedback explaining what they did well and where they can improve.

Admins can see how many learners are enrolled, review pass rates, view results by learner, and export the data as a CSV file.

Results highlight where learners need additional support, helping admins choose and assign relevant follow-up learning from Go1’s content library.
