Practical, School-Tested Strategies

Louise’s training shares real stories and tested techniques from Australian schools that have implemented SWPBS for over 15 years.

Bridging Research and Practice

Her course translates research-backed approaches into day-to-day teaching strategies, offering clarity on what SWPBS is and how it works in diverse school settings.

Focus on Culture, Not Just Compliance

Rather than a one-size-fits-all program, Louise encourages a whole-school mindset shift to create welcoming, calm, and predictable environments where students thrive.
