Course Overview
In this activity, your team will work to identify the technologies your employees experience that are integrated into “the flow of work” and those that take them out of that flow. Then, you’ll discuss the lessons learned from those technologies and apply those insights to fixing or rethinking one technology together. Get together with at least five of your colleagues either in person, on a conference call, or via a digital collaboration tool like Teams or Slack and have a conversation using the prompts below as a guide.
