When addressing an audience you are a separate entity from the group of people to whom you are speaking. This can lead to particular forms of individual or collective behavior. You need to be able to identify and manage these to ensure that your presentation is a success. Moreover you may be required to deliver one or more messages to people who do not fully understand what you are saying are offended or simply disagree with you. This can lead to genuine communication problems which you may not be able to anticipate. This module will show you how to respond positively to these situations either on the spot or through preparation.
