Welcome to the “Conflict Resolution” video course intended to help learners productively navigate and resolve conflict situations. This course, which comprises seven video lessons, defines conflict and describes common causes of workplace conflict. In addition, it explains how to apply the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Model to generate a win-win conflict resolution. Finally, viewers will learn how to deal with conflict fairly and ethically. This program is valid for 1.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and 1.5 hours of recertification credit through the HR Certification Institute.
