Coaching Job Skills teaches managers, supervisors and team leaders how to successfully coach employees in their jobs. This course prepares you to both train new skills as well as help your team improve existing skills. You'll learn about employee performance gaps and where training and coaching fits in to address certain issues. Next, you’ll practice the five-step proven process of Training New Skills and Coaching Existing Skills. You'll see positive examples of a team leader successfully having coaching discussions with a team member. Finally, you'll work through various practice scenarios that give you the opportunity to apply these skills and respond to team member reactions during the conversation.
