Jake Via is a Training Consultant working with forward-thinking organizations to develop training programs that promote explosive growth for the company and its employees.

Jake believes the line between playful and professional is not as big as believed and through infectiously authentic training he bridges the learning gaps to bring people together. He is passionate about encouraging a love of learning as an engine for unleashing creativity, increasing organizational efficiency, and building better relationships.  

After working for nearly two decades in the non-profit sector as a Director and National Trainer focused on diversity, empathy, equity, safety, and play, Jake made the move to join Go1 to bring his unique experience to the online learning space.  

He is a certified National Trainer for several organizations, avid High-Five giver, and a global adventurer.

Jake holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University.

Erin Sheridan-Coons - Enterprise Account Executive, Go1

Erin has been in the eLearning world for nearly a decade and specializes in implementing SaaS learning technology for rapidly changing start-up environments. She helps organizations develop strategies to increase employee engagement, efficiency and retention. Erin's goal is to help foster a corporate culture that attracts and retains an organization's most valuable assets: people! Her mission is to enable the world's professionals to be engaged, productive, successful and HAPPY.

Erin began her journey in L&D with Lynda.com, LinkedIn Learning and has been with Go1 for a year and a half. Erin holds a B.A. in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
