Our approach

Beyond donations and traditional corporate social responsibility, Go1 launched its Social Impact initiative in 2019. This initiative effects real positive change by connecting workforces to learning created by organizations on the frontline of social change. Go1 has partnered with leading organizations to train more than 300,000 people worldwide in domestic and family violence prevention and mental health awareness, providing over AUD $250,000 back to a range of NFP organizations.
Self-directed-learning

Our method

We partner with leading organisations like Lifeline and Beyond Blue to add their resources to workplace learning libraries, and consult with experts about how that learning fits into the broader picture. This help us design provide recommended learning to employees, so they can find the content they need, when they need it.

Recent initiatives

Mental Health Awareness

Each year for the month of October, Go1 emphasizes the importance of increasing awareness on individual and community mental health and wellbeing. This year, we will be breaking down the month into four key topics: Stigma, Self-Care, Crisis and Advising Others.

  • Webinars
  • Blogs
  • Talking About Mental Health and Suicidal Feelings Playlist

Challenge Zero

Australia's CEO Challenge (ACEOC) believes that together, we can make an impact that matters. Zero harm at work - at home - in our communities. At Go1 we couldn't agree more and we’re so proud to have supported ACEOC since 2017.

Challenge Zero builds on existing workplace health and safety practices and provides a structured approach, with supporting tools and resources, for workplaces to mature their prevention of and response to domestic and family violence. We’re excited to be extending this program by supporting ACEOC in developing a new training program for 2021.

Go1 helps millions of people in thousands of organizations engage in learning that is relevant, effective and inspiring.
