Workplace bullying describes an individual or a group of individuals repeatedly behaving unreasonably towards any worker or group of workers, and that behaviour creates a risk to health and safety. In this course, we underline the fundamental and legal right for everyone in our workplace to feel safe and work in an environment that is free of unlawful bullying and harassment.
