This 60 minute interactive course explained how to practise the world famous FISH! Philosophy to create a culture where employees are passionate about creating connections with customers and each other. They will hear from individuals from cross section of industries explaining how these simple four practices can make work and life more enjoyable and fulfilling. It is full of tips and suggestions are will inspire and motivate people to show they care. Each learner will have the opportunity to create their own FISH! action plan and will recieve a certificate of completion to demonstrate this highly valued and recognised core life skill.
