Welcome to the "Creating a Motivating Experience" video course meant to help you build and sustain a positive motivational work culture. This course comprises five video lessons that cover topics ranging from a basic understanding of motivation to what demotivates people at work. Even though motivation comes from within, this course explains how you can feel motivated and help motivate others too. These tips include having an encouraging attitude and increasing accountability. After viewing this course, learners will know how to foster a motivational team environment -- for themselves and for their coworkers -- and how to avoid being a demotivator altogether.
