Learn how to teach your team to cultivate beneficial relationships across the company

Updated Aug 28, 2017

Different departments have different tasks and strategies, and sometimes people don’t know each other well. All of this can lead to conflicting agendas, personalities, and even a decreased desire to work together. Of course when this happens, it’s more difficult for everyone to do their job well and meet organization needs. While this isn’t always the case, sometimes you do work well with others, any extra effort given to strengthening your relationships within the company is always beneficial. This course will provide a process for each team member should identify one person in another department or group he or she believes would be beneficial to get to know better. This could be a person your team interacts with regularly, a team member of a critical department, or even a person your team doesn’t know but is someone who would be great to know.
