Sometimes your career aspirations don’t work out the way you want them to. At some point you may find yourself in a situation in which there are little to no opportunities for a positive career move. The lack of opportunities may be due to the size of the company, no jobs that match your expertise, or you may not have the skill set for the jobs that do exist. All of this can be very disappointing and frustrating. This course will help you not get discouraged, but to make a conscious effort to do something about the situation. Making an effort to stay positive about a difficult situation is hard, but it’s necessary. When you decide to take control and make the best out of a tough situation, you’ll find you can persevere and often find an unexpected and positive outcome.
