Be sure that the proper naming conventions are used throughout your layers so that when you do export everything it makes sense to the development party that is bringing your design to life. Start collecting all of the Text Styles that you are using and make sure everything is consistent. If one H1 has 42px line height and another has 28px, you need to make a decision to ensure things are consistent. A cool thing about Sketch is you can actually right-click on an element to be able to copy the CSS. This CSS will translate directly to the development team in which they can simply copy and paste so no information is lost.
