If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that change is inevitable. There is little that remains constant as a business grows and develops, and as technology progresses, organisations are under increasing pressure to upskill and equip staff with the necessary skills to thrive in the modern workplace.
So how can organizations effectively manage online learning to better upskill, reskill and support their people now and in the future?
Get all the answers and more in this complimentary ATD Democast, sponsored by Go1. During the session, Jake Via and Khristine Greer, Customer Success Manager’s, discussed why L&D teams need to be agile and adaptive in today’s workplace, and how L&D can work towards closing the workforce skills gap by helping staff unlock their full potential.
