The new year is here, and it's the perfect time to start learning something new. At Go1 we have been busy making sure you can kick off your 2016 in style by providing a whole heap of new courses on a range of topics that are free for all of our users!

There are now 70+ courses available for free in our Marketplace covering a huge range of topics from Creating an Awesome User Experience, all the way through to Breaking Bad News. There's something for everyone, so start your year off the right way by learning something new!

The Art of Being Heard
People who get heard are people who have something worthwhile to say and who have also developed other important skills as well. On the other hand, some of the quietest people around are known among their colleagues as great communicators. Why is that? This two-module course explores the connection between speaking and listening, and provides some commonsense guidelines for becoming a better communicator. A short quiz follows the first module and second module.

Breaking Bad News
This is a course on how to break bad news to people using the SPIKES technique, which is commonly used or taught to doctors in breaking bad news to patients.
