Improved booking, scheduled learning and more in our October update

Improving communication with learners, simplifying course booking, and being able to save and schedule learning headline our updates to the Go1 Platform as we start October. We also have several other improvements that will help to improve the way that you use Go1 as both an administrator and as a learner.

Configure your email communication with learners

Everyone likes to trigger notifications with their learners in different ways, so we have added some new configuration tools where you can set up when you would like your users to be notified based on actions.

Improved User Purchase Booking form

To make it easier for your users to book a course, we have update the interface for collecting payments and securing a booking. A user can now book one or more seats and easily make payments via this updated form.

User Can Save or Schedule Learning

Both learners and their administrators can now schedule learning. This means you can save learning content for completion on a set date, or without a date, then when you visit the Scheduled tab under the My Learning section in your portal, you will see all of your saved content.

Administrators/Assessors can view all details of course enrollment

To provide administrators and assessors with more in depth look at how their users are progressing through courses, we have added some new tools that display the progress of elements within each course.

Other updates and improvements include:

- Admins can now set a due date for enrollments
- Improved user experience for small device users
- Content authors can now specific set a "Suggested completion" timeframe for learning items
- Users can view enrolled courses from marketplace in My learning page
- Admins can edit and delete their saved reports
- Improvements to Discussion features
