Manage Groups

Once you have created a portal with users, you can utilize GO1's Group functionality to manage different teams, departments, and/or business units. This is useful when assigning content to a large number of users with common traits, or for general management and reporting requirements.

Once you have created a group, added users to it, and assigned them content, you can further use the API to:

  • Edit or remove the group
  • Edit or remove users
  • Edit or remove content
  • Request the group's metadata
  • Request a full list of groups for the portal
