This requirement only applies to integrators who are using the Onboard API to provision customer portals. As part of using the onboard API, the payload requires you to pass in user consent to our Terms of Service agreement. The Go1 Terms must be presented to the user, and acceptance must occur before the customer can begin accessing Go1 resources.
We’ve provided a recommended interface and sample text in our Service Agreement Acceptance documentation. There you’ll also find the code you’ll use to notify Go1 of a user’s acceptance.
Example of an integrated interface that meets this requirement
The example below informs the user that they are accepting the Go1 Terms and Conditions if they access the Content Library. It also provides a link out to the Terms and Conditions.
