Take Care: Mental Health & Wellbeing
Health and Well-being

Most of us are relatively attentive to our physical health – watching what we eat, getting regular exercise, going to the doctor as needed, and brushing our teeth every day. In the workplace, we’re also inclined to be supportive of others’ physical health, whether through workplace safety initiatives or get-well-soon cards. This playlist supports an effort to elevate mental health and wellbeing to be at least as important, normalized, and valued as physical health.
Enhance your understanding of what mental health is, as well as specific nuances of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Get practical tips and examples for how to talk with others about mental health in ways that reduce stigma and promote wellbeing, while also taking concrete steps to nurture your own mental health.
This playlist is curated for global audiences and highlights a diversity of courses and Content Partners from multiple countries. It is meant to serve as an initial introduction to a variety of learning experiences on this topic, not as a prescribed curriculum.
Level = Beginner / All. This playlist was updated in October 2026.
