The biggest cause of injury and illness in the office is manual handling. They can occur suddenly or over a long period, and whilst they may not be as graphic as many other workplace injuries, they are certainly just as debilitating. This video includes a ‘shock introduction’ to not only remind them of just that but to also grab the viewers’ attention.
