In this course, we focus on setting project goals that can be measured and reviewed so that the achievement of milestones and overall completion is clearly identifiable. We look at how to review project outcomes and processes against the project scope and plan, the importance of involving team members in the review cycle and opportunity for improvement by documenting and sharing any lessons learned.
