It provides learners with a thorough understanding of the 14 food allergens, the symptoms of an allergic reaction, how to help a sufferer, and the law and its application to food preparation settings.
The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor, culminates with an assessment and provides certification upon completion to evidence the learning provided.
