Retail Excellence - Features and benefits
Understanding the difference between features and benefits is a critical part of making effective recommendations to customers. By making clear how a feature will benefit a customer, retail consultants can assist the customer to more quickly and easily recognise the WIIFM or value of a particular product or service. By the end of this module, you should be able to:
- Distinguish the differences between features, advantages and benefits o Identify and communicate benefits to customers.
This module should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and will be followed by a short assessment to find out how well you've understood the material covered.
