### How do learners access content?

Learners can access Go1 content in two ways:

* **Directly through Go1** — by logging in via a web browser or mobile phone using their Go1 credentials or single sign‑on (SSO).
* **Through your existing LMS or LXP** — if Go1 is integrated with your platform, learners can find and launch courses from the system they already use, without switching tools or logging in separately.

### Is the platform accessible in multiple languages?

Yes. Go1’s platform supports multiple languages for the user interface, helping learners and administrators navigate seamlessly in their preferred language. Currently, we support: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), and we have courses in 120+ languages provided by our content partners.

### How are learners notified of assignments or due dates?

Learners receive email notifications when they’re assigned training, when due dates are approaching, and when reminders are sent.

### Can learners rate or review courses?

Yes. Learners can leave ratings and written feedback on courses they’ve completed. This feedback is visible to admins and helps inform future curation, as well as guide other learners toward high‑quality, relevant content

### Is the learner experience and platform WCAG compliant?

Go1 Learn includes accessibility features as part of our standard development approach. We have implemented self-declaration tooling that allows content providers to specify whether their content meets WCAG 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.0 AA standards. While we haven't completed comprehensive verification of all WCAG 2.1 AA requirements, our platform includes: Keyboard navigation, logical page structure, alt text and screen reader support, responsive sizing for zoom and mobile screens, and high color contrast.
