No. Go1 Learn is still where you build and manage programs, assign learning, and access reporting. Morgan brings that learning to your team inside Teams or Slack — it's an extension of Go1 Learn, not a replacement. ### Do my employees need a separate login? No separate login is needed. In most cases, Morgan automatically recognises employees using their existing Go1 account. In Slack, employees with a different email address in Slack and Go1 may be prompted to connect their account once. ### Does Morgan work for all of my employees? Morgan is available to all active learners in your Go1 portal. Employees need to be on Microsoft Teams or Slack to use it. ### Can I control who has access to Morgan? Morgan is available to everyone in your Go1 portal once installed. Access is managed at the workspace level by your IT team — the same way any other Teams or Slack app is managed. ### Do I need to do anything to maintain Morgan after setup? No ongoing admin work is required. Morgan automatically stays in sync with your Go1 portal — any new assignments, programs, or learner profiles created in Go1 are reflected automatically. ### How can I further personalize the experience for my employees? The more complete your learner profiles, the more personalized the user experience is. Morgan currently supports English only. We are exploring multi-language support in the future. ### What data does Morgan access? Morgan accesses learner identity, enrollments, completions, and your content library — scoped to what each learner can already access in their Go1 plan. Morgan does not access emails, files, or messages in Teams or Slack. ### Is there a difference between the Teams and Slack experience? Yes. In Microsoft Teams, content plays directly inside the app. In Slack, clicking on a course opens Go1 Learn in a new browser tab.
