"Working With the Five Generations" explores the events, outlooks, and expectations that create differences and commonalities between the five major generations of workers in the United States. In this fourth of a six-lesson series, you’ll learn that Gen-Xers are people born from the early 60’s until the early 80’s. They’re the children of Traditionalists and Baby Boomers, and are sometimes called the “sandwich generation” between Boomers and the Millennials. In this video lesson we will look at some of the events that shaped this generation, and what we can expect from them as workers and as customers.
