DISC communication styles are a method used to better understand how people interact. In this series of video lessons we’ll discover the four DISC styles, understand the characteristics of each, analyze our own communication style, and discuss how a better understanding of individual needs and preferences helps to develop effective communication and productive relationships. This video lesson will introduce the DISC model and give a brief primer on the characteristics of each of the four personality types the system identifies.
