When implementing change, utilising the organisational culture to influence the way employees feel and behave should be part of the strategy. Any inconsistencies between the change management approach and the organisational culture will result in resistance. This module explores organisational culture using the 7’s framework, which looks at strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, style, and staff. We will also look at the political, economic, social and technical factors that influence an organisation's success.
