The effective leader Module

Effective leaders share a number of qualities and traits which make them successful. This course looks at the four types of leader: directive, consultative, delegative, participative, and the characteristics of each. We will explore the three areas of need: task needs, individual needs, and team needs, as well as looking at ways in which you can motivate your team.
