For this course, the team will discuss what the team can do to help each individual create great work-life balance. Team members can support fellow co-workers by providing help with time consuming or difficult projects, as well as provide assistance when a co-worker is in jeopardy of not being able to meet a personal commitment. By completing this course, you will know what the team can do together to create balance for everyone on the team.
