Course Description

กฎหมายกำหนดให้เราควบคุมน้ำพายุเพื่อลดมลพิษของแม่น้ำและทะเลสาบให้ได้มากที่สุด การระบุแหล่งที่มาของมลพิษจากน้ำพายุ และการป้องกันน้ำดังกล่าวไม่ให้ปนเปื้อนน้ำท่า นั้น นับว่าเป็นวิธีที่ดีที่สุด และประหยัดที่สุด ในการปกป้องคุณภาพน้ำเอาไว้ สำหรับบทเรียนนี้จะนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการที่เหมาะสมที่สุด สำหรับการป้องกันมลพิษจากน้ำพายุ

• Discuss how the regulation of stormwater has developed
• List common sources of stormwater pollution
• Discuss the effects of stormwater pollution on the environment
• Give examples of best management practices for preventing stormwater pollution
• Describe how to respond to a spill
• State the fines and penalties for polluting stormwater
• Describe the purpose and requirements of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3)
