The makeup of today’s workforce is drastically different than it was a generation ago and the operative word is change. Transform yourself into a person who welcomes it. This will take practice, trial, and error -- don’t get down on yourself if you feel fear. There is power in being the person who says, "What if we tried this? How might this technology evolve?" You don’t have to have all the answers. Just be willing to listen, contribute, and collaborate -- to try something different.
