One of the great ways to promote collaboration and teamwork among peers is to share knowledge and expertise with others. When we do, we help build the skills and capabilities of the group, and create a more productive and capable team. Which of course helps everyone succeed. Although each of us may know this statement to be true, the reality is, sometimes it’s hard to give others our knowledge and teach them our expertise—we’ve worked hard for it. This course will help you discover some of the obstacles that may be preventing you from sharing with others, as well as give you a few ways to help you begin passing on some of your expertise.
