Sexual Orientation Module

This course helps to define sexual orientation under the Equality Act 2010 and considers how discrimination occurs as a result of this protected characteristic. We will examine the four types of discrimination and look at what both organisations and individuals can do to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
