Return to work - manager support

This course will help managers and supervisors to encourage an inclusive and safe return to the workplace for both themselves and their team members, as well as to anticipate necessary workplace changes that will be experienced on return. Consideration for the health and wellbeing of our people is particularly important when planning a graduated return to the workplace, including whether it is reasonable and practicable for each individual to return.
