What does religion or belief discrimination refer to?

The Skillshub "Religion Or Belief Discrimination" course looks at how this law protects individuals from being treated less favourable compared to others because of their religion or beliefs. The law also protects people if they do not follow a certain religion or belief system.

Once the course is completed you will understand why it is unlawful to treat these individuals differently and why it is important that an organisation must encourage and embrace differences, be sensitive and accommodate practices where possible.

The Skillshub Rapid Recall Microlearning Series is made up of a Video, Action Planning, Cheat Sheet, Coaching Blueprint and Session Notes to allow you to take action back in the workplace. The session also requires you to pass a quick-fire quiz with a maximum of three multiple choice questions.
