Relax with Yogi Bryan is a range of meditations designed to support you through getting through the challenges in what can seem like an overly busy and stressful world.

The meditations are based on classic yogic timeless wisdom, with a contemporary edge focused on the way we live today. The goal is to guide on how to experience inner peace and calm no matter what is going on around you.

Yogi Bryan covers different aspects of life that can be found challenging such as feeling disconnected from your calm, stable centre, feeling stuck, difficult emotions such a sadness, relationships and feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
 

Join Yogi Bryan as he guides you in the following meditations:

  1. Grounding Your Energy: Is your mind and body is spiralling out of the present moment? Do you need to relax? If so join Yogi Bryan in Grounding Your Energy meditation to release stress, worry, and anxiety from your body. Find a comfortable place where you can lie down, close your eyes, and breathe. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
     
  2. Going with the Flow: Are you trying to force things? Do you have trouble surrendering control? Join Yogi Bryan in this guided meditation to find stillness and flow. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
     
  3. Release Sadness: Are you feeling hopeless? Do you need relief from sadness? Join Yogi Bryan in this guided meditation to help with sadness and despair. Find a quiet place where you can keep your body still. Close your eyes, breathe, and listen to the sound of Bryan's voice. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
     
  4. Yoga Nidra for Relaxation: Do you need to relax more? Are you having problems sleeping? Join Yogi Bryan in this guided Yoga Nidra session for stillness and deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga Nidra is a scientific method to release the threefold tensions of the muscular, emotional, and mental. You don't have to over analyze what Bryan says in the practice, just simply listen to the sound of his voice. Find a comfortable spot to lay down, close your eyes, and relax. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
     
  5. Couples: Do you need more connection with your partner? Join Yogi Bryan in this guided meditation to embrace the deep connection of your soul's journey together. Suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
