About this course:

Nobody likes having left a meeting feeling that there is something important they wished they could have said or asked. But often a lack of psychological safety make people uncomfortable to voice their opinion or make a crucial contribution. This lack of psychological safety has serious and far reaching effects, compromising team effectiveness, performance and creativity. But there are many simple and concrete steps people can take right now to increase psychological safety in their teams.

In this interactive, game-based course, employees will learn about the major obstacles to enabling people to speak up, and practical things they can do to create a climate of both psychological safety and accountability in their team.
