Updated Sep 04, 2018Welcome to the "Project Management Essentials" series and the "Planning and Execution" session. Planning and execution is the next phase of a project. Once we have gotten the goal in place, we can now move to the planning stage. We start to recognize what individuals need to be a part of our project team. You will start to get an understanding of what tasks need to be completed and even start putting together a timeline. During planning, we also make decisions about what we need to track during the project. A quiz that covers this series is included with the last course, "Project Management Essentials: Module 4 -- Closing."
