This 65-minute course for California restaurant employees explains the behaviors needed to build a workplace free of discrimination, harassment and bullying. The course is divided into brief, schedule-friendly episodes that cover current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion. It contains all the required topics and guidelines under the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing regulations.
