This 65-minute course for Illinois restaurant and bar managers explains the behaviors needed to build a workplace free of discrimination, harassment and bullying. The course covers current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion, and describes the responsibilities of managers to prevent inappropriate conduct, and to respond appropriately should it occur. It contains all the required topics and guidelines under the Workplace Transparency Act.
