This two-hour course for Connecticut manufacturing/industrial employees explains the behaviors needed to build a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. The course is divided into brief, schedule-friendly episodes that cover current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion. It contains all the required topics and guidelines outlined by the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
