Opportunities and challenges for pupils with SEND in 2019

Course Overview

During this session I will consider the current situation for pupils with SEND in our schools. I will offer advice and support on how we can best support this group of vulnerable children and young people including looking at the curriculum and assessment as well as briefly discussing the impact of the Ofsted proposals for Inspection from September 2019. Finally I will consider the outcomes of other possible developments that may emerge from the DfE.
