Course Overview

  • Slides can be removed from Presentations using the Delete key or command or by clicking Cut from the Home tab or the right-click shortcut menu.
  • You can use Cut to remove slides and Paste to restore them to the presentation. The Clipboard window is helpful here.
  • Slides can be moved using Cut and Paste or simply selected and dragged to a new location.
  • You can import slides from an Outline document which means you can write text in a Word document with all its word formatting options.
  • The content of slides may be changed by clicking in the various boxes and editing directly. The Change Picture command on the Picture Tools Format menu is useful for changing pictures.
  • The Slide Layout button on the Home tab allows you to change the layout.
